Apr 2, 2010 - you have to elevate your heart rate and keep it high at least 20 min preferably 40 or 60 min that you can do cycling swimming or jogging 10 min of sprinting wond do you any good. You want ripped abs then you have to spend 40-60 min for cardio and eat right thats it :))

Cardiovascular training is just that training your heart and lungs. people mistakenly think that it is good for fat burning. It may burn calories, but won't get you lean fast. Sorry. Check out HIIT training.

Apr 3, 2010 - @canvargun there is not just one single answer on what will work to get you ripped abs.....it's all about experimenting and finding out what works for you. cardio is a tool for fat burning or it can be used to simpley condition the heart and lungs. Different goals will mean different approaches to your cardio training.
